Kayla holds a Master of Science in Nursing from Vanderbilt University. Prior to earning her master's degree, she attended Sewanee: The University of the South, where she graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and performed neuroscience research on the effects of drugs on the developing brain. She is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and is a member of the AANP and Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. Her favorite parts of being a nurse practitioner include getting to know patients and their families and working closely with patients to devise a treatment plan that is both manageable and effective.
Born and raised in Soddy Daisy, Kayla is excited for the opportunity to return home and care for individuals in this area. When she's not at work, she enjoys spending time with her family, taking care of her rescue cat Hazel, kayaking, and going to the movies.
Sarah Chapman is a Physician Assistant who has been with Fast Access Healthcare since 2014. Sarah received her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in 2011. She completed her Masters in Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Lincoln Memorial University DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine in Harrogate, TN in 2014. She is certified by the NCCPA and is a member of AAPA and TAPA. Sarah lives in Ooltewah, TN with her husband Alex. In her spare time, Sarah enjoys spending time with family and friends, taking spin class, and antiquing.
Kate is a native Nashvillian that came to the Chattanooga area to go to college in 1997. From the beginning of her college career, Kate knew she wanted to be a nurse practitioner. Kate completed her registered nurse and associate degree of nursing in 1999, from Southern Adventist University in Collegedale Tennessee. She began working at Parkridge Hospital on the cardiac step down unit, but quickly realized the emergency department would be her true love. Later in 1999, Kate transferred to Memorial North Park emergency department and stayed in this department as she worked on her bachelors degree of nursing and finally her masters degree of nursing. Kate graduated from Southern Adventist University with her masters degree in nursing as a family nurse practitioner in 2007. She began her nurse practitioner career in gastroenterology and hepatology, where she stayed for several years. The desire to care for a more varied patient population led Kate to realize family practice would be the perfect place to practice for her. Kate is married with two very energetic sons. They enjoy traveling, camping, and exploring the Chattanooga area's many hiking trails and waterfalls. Kate is an aspiring knitter and amateur photographer, and enjoys all things scrap-booking and paper crafting.
Tiffany Yin is a board certified family nurse practitioner with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She graduated from Southern Adventist University with a Master's Degree in Nursing. During her time at Southern Adventist University, she received the Dean's Nursing Leadership Award as well as inducted into Sigma Theta Tau International Society for nurses. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, she gained both cardiovascular and multi-system progressive care unit experience. During her free time, she enjoys reading, traveling, and cooking and spending time with her husband.
Sheree is a Chattanooga native and completed undergraduate studies at the University of Georgia in 2003. After five years in pharmaceutical sales, she elected to change focus and completed graduate studies at the University of the Cumberlands in 2015. Sheree has been employed with Fast Access since 2015. She is committed to providing personalized and compassionate care, embracing the opportunity to serve a diverse community. Sheree is married and enjoys spending time at home, cooking for family and friends, and going on adventures with her daughter.
